For orders above ₹10,000, a 15% advance payment is required at the time of order confirmation. The remaining 85% must be paid upon delivery. The advance payment is non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

8. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available only for orders between ₹1,000 and ₹9,999 and in eligible serviceable locations. Orders outside this range will be processed as prepaid only.

9. ORDER CANCELLATION & MODIFICATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled or modified if they have not been dispatched. Requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing contact.psquuare@gmail.com. Approval of such requests is subject to confirmation and is not guaranteed.
