Orders are dispatched from our studio in Mumbai, India.

Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: INR 200 per product.
• Free Shipping on orders above INR 10,000 within India.

 

Dispatch Timelines

Dispatch timelines vary depending on the product category:

• Pret Collection: 7–14 business days.
• Couture Collection: 3–4 weeks.
• Custom Orders: Minimum 2 weeks.

Estimated delivery timelines begin after dispatch and may vary based on destination and courier operations.

 

All applicable GST charges are calculated at checkout.

 

International Shipping

 

Shipping Charges

• Free Worldwide Shipping on orders above INR 20,000.
• Standard International Shipping Fee: €25 per product.

 

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges:

• Are determined by local customs authorities.
• Are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Must be paid upon arrival of the shipment.

PSQUUARE has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

 

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, PSQUUARE shall not be held liable for delays arising from:

• Customs clearance procedures.
• Courier service disruptions.
• Weather conditions.
• Natural disasters.
• Government restrictions.
• Strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

 

Repair Policy: After repair is done once. 

We provide a one-time repair service only. Once a repair has been completed, the product will not be eligible for any additional repair requests under this policy.
