1.       What is your lead time?

At Psquuare, each piece is handcrafted and made to order.

In-stock products: Dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Made-to-order products:

Dispatched within 7 working days.

Custom-made pieces: Dispatched within 4 weeks.

For urgent delivery requests, please contact us at +91 90824 71903 before placing your order. Expedited dispatch is subject to material availability, production capacity, and courier serviceability. Please note that our studio operates Monday to Saturday and remains closed on Sundays.

In case its an international delivery then it may take 10 to 15 days  from the time the product is dispatched.

2. What is my order status?

You will receive an email with your order status and tracking details. If you have not received it, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 90824 71903

3. What is the cost of shipping in India?

A standard shipping fee of INR 200 per product is applied for all PAN india orders, If order is above INR 10,000 then Free shipping.

4. What is the cost of shipping internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is free on orders above INR 15,000. Standard shipping cost will be 25 euros per product. Customs duties or import taxes, if applicable, are payable by the customer. 5. Can I convert cash on delivery to prepaid?

Yes COD can be converted into prepaid.

6. How will I know if the order is successfully placed?

You will get a confirmation mail on your registered E-mail ID regarding order confirmation

7. What to do if my order has an item missing or damaged?

8. What payment options are available?

All the payment procedures are absolutely secure.

In India, we accept: Debit Card, Credit Card, Google-Pay, Paytm, UPI, Bank

Transfer. Further we have Cash on Delivery (COD)

For International customers: Debit Card, Credit Card, Bank Transfer and

PayPal

02. Returns

  1. Can I return my order?

Since all our products are handcrafted and are manufactured only on order, we don’t offer returns until and unless certain conditions are met. Please go through our Return and Refund Policy for the same.

Psquuare accepts Exchanges ONLY if:

  • The product(s) delivered are different from the original order.
  • The product(s) delivered arrived damaged.
  • The product has missing parts.
  • The product has quality issues.
  • Others
  • You can initiate the return process through our website on the shipping and returns page. You will need your order number (mentioned in the order confirmation email) and email address to initiate the process. Please note that size exchanges/returns will not be possible on a discounted product.

2. What are the conditions when I cannot return or exchange of product?

Customised items, sale products, and purchases made through third-party retailers are not eligible for return or exchange. Psquuare reserves the right to approve or reject any exchange or repair request.

3. How many days does it take to exchange the product?

The exchange process may take up to 15-20 days, from the time it arrives at our atelier.

4. When product is beimg sent back to Psquuare for exchange who bears the shipping cost?

For exchange, customers need to bear pickup & re-shipping charges  (PAN India).

5. Exchange of product is applicable Internationally too?

International orders are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange.

  1. How to handle or take care of the hand embroidered jewellery?

   To maintain the beauty of your hand embroidered accessories, please follow the given 

  • Store in the provided pouch or box when not in use.
  • Keep away from water, perfume, hairspray, lotions, and other chemicals.
  • Avoid excessive moisture, humidity, and direct sunlight.
  • Handle gently and avoid pulling on embroidery, beads, sequins, or embellishments.
  • Remove before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping.
  • Store pieces separately to prevent tangling or snagging.
  • If needed, gently dust with a soft, dry cloth. Do not wash or soak

Note:- all the product care instructions have been mentioned on the product screen. 

I now see the longer delivery time of (a part of) my order. How can I cancel it?
If the order has a longer delivery time than you had previously seen, it is of course possible to cancel (a part of) the order. For this you can contact our customer service. They will cancel the order for you. The purchase amount will be back on your bank account within two working days. When an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
When will I receive the invoice for my order?
When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways.The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.

04. Garment Care

  1. How should I care for my hand-embroidered garment?

All hand-embroidered garments are Dry Clean Only. Professional dry cleaning helps preserve the fabric, embroidery, and embellishments, ensuring your garment remains beautiful for years to come.

  1. Can I hand wash or machine wash my garment?

No. Hand washing or machine washing may damage delicate embroidery, embellishments, and fabric. We recommend dry cleaning only.

  1. Can I iron my garment?

Yes, but always iron on a low setting from the reverse side. Avoid direct heat on embroidery, beads, sequins, or embellishments. Steaming is preferred whenever possible.

  1. How should I store my garment?

Store your garment in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. For heavily embellished pieces, we recommend storing them flat or carefully folded with tissue paper between folds.

  1. How can I protect the embroidery and embellishments?

Handle the garment gently and avoid excessive rubbing, pulling, or snagging. Keep it away from rough surfaces, sharp objects, and jewellery that may catch on the embroidery.

  1. Can perfumes, deodorants, or cosmetics affect my garment?

Yes. Apply perfumes, deodorants, hairsprays, and cosmetics before dressing, as direct contact may cause staining or damage to delicate fabrics and embellishments.

  1. What should I do if a bead, sequin, or embroidery thread becomes loose?

Avoid pulling on loose threads or embellishments. Contact our customer care team for repair assistance and guidance.

  1. Can I fold my embroidered garment for travel?

Yes, but fold it carefully with soft tissue paper between embroidered areas to minimise friction and protect delicate detailing during transit.

  1. Why are there slight variations in my garment?

Each piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans. Minor variations in embroidery, placement, texture, and finish are a hallmark of handmade craftsmanship and make every garment unique.

  1. Do you offer repair services?

Yes. We offer repair services for eligible handcrafted garments within one year of purchase, subject to assessment. Repair charges and shipping costs may apply depending on the nature of the repair.

  1. How can I ensure my garment lasts for years?

Follow the recommended care instructions, dry clean only, store properly, handle with care, and avoid exposure to moisture, direct sunlight, and harsh chemicals. With proper care, your handcrafted garment can be cherished for years to come.

  1. Can garments with machine embroidery be hand washed?

Yes. Garments with machine embroidery can generally be gently hand washed in cold water with a mild detergent, unless stated otherwise on the care label.

Do not soak, scrub, or bleach.

Dry in shade.

Iron on low heat from the reverse side.

Always refer to the garment’s care label for specific instructions.
