Exchange and Repair Policy

RETURNS, REPAIR & REFUND POLICY

At PSQUUARE, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted by skilled Indian artisans. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, embroidery, bead placement, natural stones, textures, and finishing are not considered defects but rather a hallmark of authentic craftsmanship. Each creation undergoes hours of meticulous handwork, making every piece unique and one of a kind.



Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive an incorrect item.

To request a return or exchange, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order by:

Please include your order number, photographs of the product received, and a description of the issue. Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps.

 

Conditions for Return Approval

All returned products must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Be approved by our customer service team before being shipped back.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

 

Credit Notes & Refunds

PSQUUARE does not offer cash refunds.

Once the approved returned item has been received and inspected by our team, a Credit Note equivalent to the product value will be issued.

  • Credit Notes are valid for 2 months from the date of issue.
  • Credit Notes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • PSQUUARE is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.

 

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Returns, exchanges, refunds, or credit notes will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Failure to accept delivery after three delivery attempts by the courier partner.
  • Refusal of delivery by the recipient.
  • Products returned in used, worn, altered, damaged, or incomplete condition.
  • Minor colour, texture, embroidery, stone, or design variations arising from the handmade nature of
  • the product.
  • Differences in appearance caused by screen settings or photography.
  • Customised, personalised, made-to-order, or bespoke jewellery.
  • Sale, discounted, promotional, or clearance items.

PSQUUARE reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above criteria.

REPAIRS & CARE POLICY

Our jewellery is meticulously handcrafted and designed to be treasured for years. We proudly offer repair services for selected categories to help extend the life of your piece.

 

Eligible Products

Repair services are available only for:

  • Hand-embroidered Earrings
  • Hand-embroidered Bracelets
  • Hand-embroidered Necklaces
  • Hand-embroidered Brooches

Repair eligibility is subject to product assessment.

 

Complimentary Repair Service

We offer one complimentary repair within 12 months from the date of purchase for damage resulting from normal wear and use.

 

Conditions

  • Valid proof of purchase is required.
  • The product must be repairable upon assessment.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping charges to and from our studio.

 

Repair Exclusions

Complimentary repairs do not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
  • Exposure to water, humidity, perfumes, cosmetics, chemicals, or cleaning agents.
  • Damage caused by excessive pulling, crushing, bending, or impact.
  • Alterations, modifications, or repairs performed by third parties.
  • Lost components, missing pieces, or theft.
  • Customised, personalised, or made-to-order products.
  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items.
  • Products deemed beyond repair.
  • Natural variations in colour, materials, embroidery, or design.

 

Repairs Beyond 12 Months

We are happy to assess repair requests beyond the complimentary repair period whenever possible.

Please note:

  • Repair charges may apply depending on the extent of damage.
  • Material replacement costs may be charged separately.
  • Pickup, shipping, and return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
  • Repair timelines may vary based on complexity and material availability.

A final quotation and confirmation will be provided after product evaluation.

 

Handcrafted Nature of Repairs

As every PSQUUARE piece is individually handmade, repaired items may exhibit slight variations from the original design. While we make every effort to preserve the integrity and beauty of the piece, exact replication cannot always be guaranteed.

PSQUUARE reserves the right to approve, decline, or modify any repair request following assessment.

 

Repair Process

  1. Contact us via email with your order details and clear photographs or videos of the product.
  2. Our team will review the request and confirm repair eligibility.
  3. Securely package and ship the product to the address provided by our team.
  4. Shipping, reverse pickup, and return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
  5. Once repaired and quality checked, the item will be shipped back to you.
